The FP2SLAVw FFP2 disposable particulate respirator provides reliable FFP2-level protection with enhanced comfort where heat and humidity make breathing more difficult. It is essentially the same respirator as the standard FP2SLw model, but equipped with an exhalation valve.
The exhalation valve helps reduce exhalation resistance and lets warm, moist air leave the mask more easily, improving comfort in hot and humid environments. FP2SLAVw can be used in the same situations and conditions as standard FFP2 masks without a valve, such as dusty industrial workplaces and construction sites where FFP2 protection is required.
As an FFP2 disposable particulate respirator, FP2SLAVw protects against solid and liquid aerosols of low-to-average toxicity in line with the FFP2 classification. It is suitable for grinding, cutting, sanding, and handling materials that generate fine dusts and mists.
Typical environments include wood, cement, and glass working, textile plants, mining and construction areas, metalworking shops, and other industrial settings where FFP2 protection is specified by site safety procedures.
This is a filtering facepiece for particulates only. It does not supply oxygen and must not be used in oxygen-deficient atmospheres or against gases and vapors.
