The FP2SLOVpw Valved FFP2 Active Carbon Particulate Respirator is built for teams in multi-hazard environments. By combining the mechanical filtration of the FFP2 standard with an activated carbon layer, it blocks hazardous particulates while absorbing nuisance odors and low-level organic vapors.
To reduce thermal stress during intense labor or in hot, humid facilities, this model uses a high-efficiency exhalation valve that disperses exhaled heat and moisture, minimizing internal humidity and goggle fogging. Heavy-duty tension straps and an adjustable nose profile maintain a continuous seal up to 10x the Occupational Exposure Level (OEL).
The activated carbon layer is for nuisance-level odors and organic vapors only, below the exposure limit. It is not a substitute for a gas or vapor cartridge respirator where vapor concentrations exceed exposure limits. It does not supply oxygen and must not be used in oxygen-deficient atmospheres.
