Description

High quality non-vented protective safety helmet is made of HDPE (High-density polyethylene), light weight, 6-point PE helmet suspension provides better impact resistance, made in Taiwan.

Impact Resistance:

The 6-point harness design evenly distributes impact forces across the head, reducing damage. Four cones at the harness-shell joints absorb additional force, enhancing protection. In compliance with European standards, the helmet limits transmitted impact force to under 5 kN when struck by a 5 kg object dropped from 1000 mm.

Penetration Protection:

As per European standards, a 3 kg puncture striker is dropped from 1000 mm to test the helmet. The helmet must provide adequate protection, preventing any injury from the puncture impact.

Chin Strap (Optional):

Passed American and European standards, and obtained EN397, ANSI Z89.1 certification, which helps to wear the helmet more firmly and avoid harm to the wearer.

In order to prevent the chin strap from loosening prematurely or strangling the user's head and causing injury, the chin strap must not fall off or break before 150N, it will loosen or break between 150N and 250N.
