The MU-27101 Non-Vented Safety Helmet represents MUSSE’s dedication to dependable, cost-effective industrial head protection. Injection-molded from high-impact High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), this lightweight protective helmet delivers superior overhead skull defense against falling objects, structural debris, and scraping impacts. The completely unvented shell profile blocks vertical debris intrusion, dust, and liquids from contacting the wearer's head.
Internally, the MU-27101 is equipped with an engineered 6-point PE pin-lock suspension cradle. This geometry ensures that oncoming dynamic energy is dispersed across the broadest possible surface area. At the critical harness-to-shell connection joints, four engineered energy absorption cones work in unison to dampen impact shocks. This layout easily meets rigorous European standards, ensuring that when struck by a 5kg mass dropped from 1 meter, the residual force transmitted to the user remains well below the 5 kN hazard threshold.
