Description

The MU-41102 is the torso and arm layer of the full aluminized suit. At a 48 in chest circumference and 29 in length it is cut to go over normal workwear rather than to replace it, which is how aluminized clothing is normally worn: put on for the hot task, taken off after it.

Coat, trousers, hood, gaiters and boots together make the full-coverage option for sustained work near a furnace or a pouring line. Where exposure is intermittent and front-facing, the apron and sleeves cover the same body area with far less heat load on the wearer.
