Description

The MU-41110 is the middle length at 16 in, two inches more forearm than the 14 in version and the same glove otherwise. Those two inches are usually the difference between the cuff meeting the sleeve and leaving a gap at the wrist, which is where a spark or a splash finds its way in.

Same construction as the 14 in version: aramid fibre blend over a fibreglass core yarn with an aluminium laminate on one side, specified to EN 407 for thermal risks and EN 388 for mechanical risks. Sites that run both lengths usually issue 14 in for handling and 16 in for work at the furnace face.
