Description

The MU-41108 covers the forearm and upper arm at 22 in long, the reach that goes into the heat when everything else stays back. Charging a furnace, skimming a ladle or reaching across a hot mould all put the arm closer to the source than any other part of the body.

Sleeves are issued either with the plain apron, which together give the same coverage as the apron with sleeves but come apart, or on their own where the body is already shielded and only the reach is exposed. They are also the item most often paired with the aluminized gloves, since the glove cuff and the sleeve overlap.
